Dear Mark and Lynne, I am writing this letter to inform you, as the licensee in charge, about the professional customer service I have received from several of your team members. Secondly, when I conducted the inspection at 40 Crown Street, Nikita Munro was the lady there. She made me feel very welcome and took the time to answer all questions I asked. This may seem mandatory, but after looking at numerous properties that day, and this being the end of the day, Nikita was the friendliest, professional, and interested real estate agent I dealt with. She knew her stuff about the property (unlike other real estate agents I had dealt with) and was not annoyed by the bombardment of questions she was receiving. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
