Mark has been a licenced real estate, stock and station and business agent for over 22 years coupled with extensive experience in the customer service and management fields including a Diploma in Business Management.

Mark has a broad knowledge of the residential real estate market as well as being involved in the commercial and rural property sales and leases and he has many years’ experience marketing and selling properties of all descriptions.

Mark originally opened and operated the very successful real estate business Century 21 Golden West in Dubbo in September 2005 along with his wife Lynne. They later sold the business but Mark continued to work in the real estate industry and spent time working with the corporate side of Century 21 Australia. In 2016 Mark and Lynne Searle re-purchased Century 21 Golden West and are once again committed to delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers. ’A strong passion for real estate is what initially lured me to the industry and I have been doing this in the Dubbo area for 22 years. During this time I’ve involved myself in all areas of the real estate process, including sales, marketing, auctions, project marketing and property management. Throughout my career I have managed to build a strong and credible reputation, with a commitment to achieving superior service and fantastic results.

On a personal note, my wife and I have lived in Dubbo since 1985 raising our family locally including two children and five grand children. My knowledge as a local resident allows me to promote the genuine benefits of living here to potential buyers and communicate with them on a personal level.
